The City of Berwyn is located 8 miles west of Chicago's loop and offers easy accessibilty to downtown Chicago and the surrounding suburbs via the Eisenhower (I-290) and the Stevenson (I-55) Expressways. Public transportation is also available via the CTA's blue line "el" or the Metra BNSF line. Nestled between these corridors are the Historic Depot District and the Cermak Road District.

The Depot District is a downtown, transit-oriented district with three Metra commuter stations within four blocks of its center. An historic, traditional commercial district, it is home to two of Berwyn's newest commercial & residential mixed-space developments - Century Station Condominiums and a 5-level parking facility.

Cermak Road extends across Berwyn's east-west borders of Lombard & Harlem Avenues. Known today as Berwyn's Main Street, the corridor boasts an eclectic mix of historic treasures and modern vitality with its unique collection of goods and services in a charming neighborhood setting.
